Ingredients
1/2 cup Fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup Paprika
1 cup Splenda granular
1/4 cup Kosher salt
3 tblsp Dry mustard
2 tblsp Cayenne pepper
1 cup Cumin
1/2 cup Chili powder
3 tblsp Garlic powder
2 tblsp Onion powder
2 tblsp Brown Sugar
