Ingredients
For the Casserole
- 1 Can Sweet Corn
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 2 TB Sugar
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Stick Melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 TB Hatch Green Chiles
For Honey Butter Topping
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Butter
Instructions
- Fire Up the Smoker. Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
- Assemble Ingredients. Mix all ingredients and pour into a lightly greased cast iron skillet or baking dish.
- Smoke It! Smoke for 35-45 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
- Top It! Whip the honey and butter until fluffy. Spread over the top of your casserole and watch it melt.
- Serve It! You’re ready to enjoy!
