    • 3/4 cup bourbon whiskey
    • 3/4 cup Ketchup (optional for sauce rather than glaze)
    • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
    • 2 tablespoon honey
    • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger)
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    Instructions

    1. Pour all the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer while whisking frequently. If you prefer more of a sauce than a glaze, add 3/4 cup of ketchup. 
    2. Once the brown sugar is dissolved, continue to gently simmer the glaze, without whisking for about 15 minutes. The sauce will reduce, which is OK. 
    3. Take the sauce off the stove and rest for 30 minutes to thicken before using. Once it’s ready, you can save and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
