
Smoke Chops Perfect Baby Back Ribs

This recipe saves you time by ditching the awful 3-2-1 method for a tried and true temperature- based recipe that results in PERFECT baby back ribs that will have everyone asking for your secret.

Ingredients
- Rack of Baby Back Ribs
- Smoke Chops BBQ Rub (Or Butt Rub if you’re in a hurry)
- Smoke Chops BBQ Sauce (Or your favorite BBQ Sauce)
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat smoker temperature to 275 degrees.
Remove membrane from the backside of your ribs. Season both sides with Smoke Chops BBQ Rub.
Let ribs sit at room temperature for around 45 minutes.
Place ribs on smoker (meat side up). Cook for about 2 hours at 275 degrees until the internal temp is around 165.
Create a foil boat adding sliced pats of butter, sauce, and brown sugar. Place ribs meat side down in the mixture. Wrap tight and place back on the smoker for 1 hour.
Remove from grill, take out of the foil, brush ribs with sauce and put back on the grill for about an 1 hour (meat side up) until the sauce sets up.
Cut between each rib to create individual ribs ready to eat.
