It’s called Smoke Chops Wing Rub but don’t let that stop you from using it everywhere else. For wings, it creates a hot and satisfying dry rub that’s a great alternative to wet, messy buffalo wings. For any roasted chicken, turkey, or even pork– it will make a great bark that explodes with flavor.

- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 3 Teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all spices in a bowl or bag.
- Mix well and heavily coat your chosen meat!
