Smoke Chops Competition Ribs
Smoke Chops Competition Ribs are tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. St. Louis-style ribs are trimmed, coated with a rub, and smoked at 225°F for three hours, spritzed with apple cider and vinegar. They’re then wrapped with Cheerwine for a sweet braise, smoked another hour, and optionally finished with Smoke Chops Sweet n Spicy BBQ Sauce. The result is juicy, tasty ribs perfect for any BBQ showdown.
