Barbecue is a great solution when you’re cutting carbs– if you can avoid the sugar! Most rubs and sauces are loaded with sugar but with Smoke Chops Low Carb BBQ Rub you can get great flavor without the high carbs. As specified, the recipe contains 18g of carbohydrates but gives you enough rub for two racks of ribs or a pork shoulder. Per serving, that’s only about 2-3 grams per person. OR, try it without the brown sugar for a ZERO carb barbecue rub.
