  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 3 Cans Refried Beans
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 4 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
  • 10 ounces Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • Tortilla Chips or Fritos

Instructions

  1. Dice onion and cook in skillet until translucent and set aside
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown
  3. Drain beef
  4. In a crock pot, combine beef, onions, cayenne pepper, chili powder, refried beans, and hot sauce. Warm on medium.
  5. Once warm, add cheese and peppers. Cook for at least one hour and add sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos– both are great!
